1. Who we are (data controller)
The website sovranabarrioprivado.com.ar is operated by Fideicomiso Loanjo ("SOVRANA", "we"), developer of the SOVRANA private neighborhood, with a sales office at Provincial Route 16, between RP 6 and RP 58, San Vicente, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. [To be completed: exact legal entity name, tax ID (CUIT) and registered address.]
For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to info@mailtest.com.
2. What data we collect
a) Data you provide — when you complete the contact form: full name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, the interest you select and any message you write. If you contact us directly via WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.
b) Browsing data (automatic) — while you browse, cookies and similar technologies collect: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, interactions (e.g. button clicks or form submissions) and campaign parameters (UTM) when you arrive from an ad.
c) Derived data for ad measurement — when you submit the form, your email and phone number are transformed with an irreversible hashing algorithm (SHA-256) before being shared with the advertising platforms listed below, solely to measure conversions and improve campaigns. We do not send these platforms your email or phone number in plain text.
3. How we use your data
- To answer your inquiry, arrange visits to the neighborhood and send you commercial information about the project (master plan, prices, financing).
- To measure how the site and our advertising campaigns perform.
- To show ads for the project to relevant audiences (remarketing).
- To comply with legal obligations.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or contact us voluntarily, and our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site.

5. Where data is stored (international transfer)
Data is hosted by providers with infrastructure in the United States (Vercel, Neon), and measurement platforms may process data outside Argentina. By submitting the form you consent to this international transfer, carried out with providers offering contractual data-protection safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry data for as long as needed for the commercial purpose you provided it for, and until you request deletion. Measurement data is subject to each platform's retention periods.
7. Your rights (Argentine Law 25,326)
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and deletion at any time by writing to info@mailtest.com. We will respond within the legal deadlines.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, pursuant to Section 14(3) of Law No. 25,326.
The ARGENTINE AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
8. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings and use the opt-out tools each platform offers (e.g. ad settings for Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn). The site works without advertising cookies; we would simply stop measuring your visit.
9. Minors
This site and its commercial offering are intended for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or the tools it uses. The current version, with its update date, will always be published on this page.
